shipping, returns, and exchanges

I will mail your jewelry via USPS First Class mail within 2-6 days of payment, excluding Sundays and holidays. 

Your jewelry will arrive securely packaged in a sturdy gift box enclosed in a padded envelope. To reduce waste and shipping costs, multiple items will be packaged together. If you'd like separate boxes or have other special shipping requests, please let me know.

US: Orders over $100 are insured for free.

International: I ship USPS First Class. If you would like Priority or Insured Mail, please contact me and I can send you an updated invoice. Any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs that may by incurred at the time of delivery are at the discretion of individual countries and are payable by the buyer.

Expedited shipping methods are available for additional fees.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like a return or exchange, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. Upon receipt of the item by me, I will refund you the full amount minus shipping fees.
